To develop, enable and support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), individually and collectively, to clarify the strategy, be successful in leading the change required to deliver it , and create an organisation in which people feel informed, engaged, aligned and well led.
We worked together to understand, feedback, design and deliver a series of evolving interventions that included one to one coaching conversations (scheduled and ad hoc as specific needs arose), 360 feedback, MBTI profiling and facilitated away days with SLT and with the wider Management team
A clearly articulated purpose, vision and direction for the organisation and each Directorate, signed off by the Board, providing the golden thread for the organisation.
A contracted purpose and ways of working for both SLT and the wider management group.
