LSP Leadership partnered with the client to co-create an 18-month leadership development programme. It reached 250 leaders across three levels of the organisation up to their senior leadership team.
The leadership development programme followed a carefully phased structure, combining insight, application and strategic alignment.
Participants began with self-led preparation to ground their learning in personal and business context. This included an Insights psychometric questionnaire, reflective reading, and conversations with their line manager or MD to identify development priorities and key business challenges.
