Strengthening Strategic Alignment for a UK Housing Trust
A not-for-profit housing trust, supporting a broad range of communities through its housing services and community development initiatives. The organisation’s leadership team was entering a period of transition and needed support to clarify strategic direction, strengthen team cohesion, and lead with greater intent.
With a newly appointed Chair of the Board and an ambitious agenda ahead, the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) recognised the need for greater alignment across directorates. They were seeking clarity on purpose, roles and responsibilities, and a stronger sense of collective ownership for the organisation’s future direction.
The goal was to create a high-performing leadership team capable of leading change, working cohesively, and holding one another accountable - while fostering a culture in which people felt informed, engaged and well led.
