Beginning his career in social housing, Bayo progressed into senior leadership roles across London boroughs, leading frontline and strategic services in complex, highly regulated environments. This experience shaped his practical understanding of leadership accountability, operational delivery and performance in high-pressure systems.
Bayo specialises in leadership development, business growth and organisational performance, with a strong focus on systems-led change. He works with senior leaders, founders and leadership teams to align strategy, culture and operations, enabling more structured, scalable and resilient ways of working. His approach integrates practical tools such as structured planning, KPIs and performance frameworks to drive sustainable improvement.
He holds multiple coaching and leadership qualifications, including Certified Systems Business Coach®, ICF and AC accreditations, and an MA in Housing Practice. Bayo is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and brings a blend of academic insight and practical leadership experience to his work.
