He brings over 20 years of experience supporting professionals through pivotal career moments, including development, transition and reinvention. Charlie previously held a senior leadership role at the Professional Cricketers’ Association, where he combined strategic responsibility for personal development programmes with intensive one-to-one coaching. As a former professional athlete, he understands the pressures of high-performance environments and the realities of identity, change and transition.

Charlie specialises in career transition, leadership development and navigating complex change. He has designed and delivered programmes and workshops for organisations including the PCA, League Managers’ Association and JETS, helping individuals and groups build clarity, resilience and purposeful career direction. His work integrates practical frameworks with deep psychological insight.

He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership (Distinction), is an ICF-accredited Firework Career Coach, and has an ILM Level 5 in Coaching & Mentoring. He is also an accredited Myers-Briggs practitioner and NLP practitioner.
