
Deepti Nair is a purposeful and experienced executive coach with over 26 years in talent, leadership and organisational development. Her coaching is rooted in the belief that every individual holds untapped potential – and that awareness and mindset are key to unlocking it. Deepti brings a strong commercial perspective to her work, aligning leadership growth with tangible outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations. Her approach draws on cognitive, emotional and spiritual dimensions to support sustainable transformation and resilience.
Deepti’s career began in the mortgage business at GE Capital, before progressing into senior learning and development roles across the telecom, BFSI, IT, ITES and FMCG sectors. At Wipro, she led the design and implementation of pan-India development centres aligned to strategic business goals. She also applied Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to streamline behavioural training, driving measurable ROI. Most recently, Deepti was part of the India HR Leadership team at Barclays, partnering directly with the CEO and CXO teams to lead talent and succession strategies for over 30,000 employees across multiple locations.
Specialising in leadership development, talent assessment, culture change and team effectiveness, Deepti supports organisations to future-proof capability through coaching, facilitation and assessment. She is particularly experienced in enabling inclusive leadership, equity and diversity, as well as strengthening influence and impact in complex matrixed environments.
Deepti holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Annamalai University and a BSc in Physics with a specialisation in Electronics from Bharathidasan University. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CTA), an Accredited Mentor (IMC), and a qualified assessor in competency-based assessment centre design (XLRI). She is certified in a range of psychometric tools, including MBTI (Steps I & II),Insights Discovery, Situational Leadership and PAPI.
