Gary is an executive coach and consultant with a background in strategic and commercial management consulting across industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, FMCG, and professional services. With over 16 years of experience at GlaxoSmithKline, Gary led teams across multiple functions, including sales operations, finance, strategy, HR, and data analytics. His work included leading a CEO transition and major business transformation, experiences that cemented his belief in the importance of focusing on the human dimension of organisations to drive sustainable high performance.
Gary specialises in coaching leaders through major career transitions, connecting personal purpose with career roles, and supporting leaders through significant change and transformation. He has extensive experience coaching high-potential leaders, as well as leading DEI talent programmes that have accelerated diverse talent into senior roles.
