Joanna is a Master Certified Coach(MCC) with over 24 years experience and more than 4,600 coaching hours supporting global executives and leadership teams. Her style integrates integral coaching, systemic constellations, somatic intelligence and advanced Enneagram work to deepen awareness across language, body and emotion. She creates a focused, high-trust space where senior leaders can explore complex strategic challenges, strengthen their presence and embody sustainable behavioural change.

Joanna began her career in corporate banking with Citigroup, where she served as Senior Vice President overseeing multinational clients across 38 countries and 16 industries. Her commercial background gives her strong insight into the realities of operatingat Board and Executive level within complex, global organisations.

She specialises in executive and business coaching aligned to organisational strategy, culture transformation and systemic change. Joanna works extensively with C-Suite and ExCo leaders across banking, mining, retail, pharmaceuticals and fintech, supporting leadership transitions, regional growth strategies and large-scale organisational initiatives.

Joanna holds MCC accreditation with the ICF and is a Certified Integral Coach. She is an advanced Enneagram teacher and practitioner in Hogan and MBTI, with further advanced training in Leadership Embodiment and Systemic Constellations for Business.
