He brings over 25 years of international business experience across corporate, entrepreneurial and start-up environments. Olivier has held CEO, COO and ExCom-level roles and has led organisations through periods of growth, transformation and market disruption. Having lived and worked across Europe and internationally, he brings deep experience of leading across cultures and stakeholder systems, often in fast-moving and ambiguous business environments.
Olivier’s consulting and coaching work focuses on aligning leadership, culture and strategy to drive sustainable performance. He partners with senior leaders and organisations on executive and team coaching, global leadership development programmes, talent and succession initiatives, and organisational transformation. His approach combines systemic thinking with practical commercial insight gained from leading businesses himself.
He holds an MBA with Distinction from HEC Paris and degrees in European Management Science and Management Science from the University of Kent. Olivier is a qualified executive coach and systemic team coach and is accredited in a range of psychometric and leadership diagnostic tools including MBTI, DiSC and Insights Discovery.
