She has led global talent acquisition functions, driven large-scale change initiatives, and managed dispersed consultant networks delivering leadership development worldwide. Her career includes senior roles at Elsevier, Hay Group (Korn Ferry), and The Oxford Group before founding her own coaching and consultancy practice.
Phaedra’s expertise spans senior leadership development, women in leadership programmes, cultural transformation, talent acquisition, and career progression frameworks. She is known for her ability to integrate strategic HR thinking with hands-on delivery, particularly during periods of organisational change.
She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic HR Management, a BSc in Sociology, and is an ICF-accredited Certified Coach. Phaedra is also qualified in multiple psychometric and leadership assessment tools, including OPQ, Talent Q, and competency-based interviewing.
